Sandler Studios develops using only W3C standards, and prefers to use XHTML unless our clients request otherwise. The XHTML standard, properly used, allows for easy indexing by search engines, as well as 508 compliance for people with disabilities. All of our code is written manually, as no editor can completely do the job properly. We work on both Windows and Apache webservers. You can find examples of our portfolio here.
Our payment structure is 1/3 deposit, 1/3 on delivery, and 1/3 net 30, to ensure our clients that everything is working properly and to the project's specifications.
Upon receipt of final payment, you own your site. There are no ongoing fees.
A lot of web development companies charge maintenance fees: ongoing monthly charges to change content on your site. We do not. If you have a large amount of changes you wish to regularly make, we recommend ordering our Content Management System (CMS). Our CMS allows you to log in from anywhere with just your browser, and update the information on the site including uploading files and images.

Silent Response, Call Back, IPN and Response Scripts are methods provided by the Payment Gateways in order to notify the Shopping Cart that the payment was accepted. With that signal Comersus is able to update stock, sales, authorization codes and to deliver digital goods in real time.
