This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is by and between Sandler Studios and the person acknowledging this agreement. By using the content and/or services presented on this website, the user is acknowledging his/her acceptance of the terms stated in this Agreement. This Agreement covers any content or services accessible. Sandler Studios may change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. By continuing to use the Service following such modifications, you agree to be bound by such modifications to the Terms of Service. The use by you of any content or services accessible through this site may be subject to your acceptance of separate agreements with Sandler Studios or third parties.

You acknowledge and agree that use of any content or service provided through this site is entirely at your own risk. Services and content are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and Sandler Studios and its suppliers disclaim any and all warranties, including, but not limited to: (1) any warranties concerning access to the service, the availability, accuracy, usefulness of content, products or services and (2) any warranties of title, warranty of non-infringement, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sandler Studios does not warrant that the service will be free of downtime. In fact, it is expected that there will be periods when the web site will be inaccessible due to maintenance or technical problems. Sandler Studios does not warrant that the service is free from bugs, viruses, errors, or other program limitations nor does Sandler Studios warrant access to the Internet or to any other service or content through the service. The entire liability of Sandler Studios and its representatives for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer/member for the related services or content purchased from Sandler Studios or its authorized reseller or its service providers.
Information Collection and Use
Sandler Studios is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Sandler Studios collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
Order
We request information from the user on our order forms. Here a user must provide contact information, for example, name, shipping address, financial information, credit card number and expiration date. This information isused for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive
containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to
any personally identifiable information while on our site. The use of cookies
on our site is limited to storing information about the user's session. Once the
user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked or personally identifiable.
Sharing
Sandler Studios will not share any user information with any other party. Only aggregate information may be shared without disclosing any personal data.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Security
The Sandler Studios website order form asks users to enter sensitive information, for example, a credit card. That information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry -SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information. Off-line, all of our user's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job, for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative, are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. All user data is removed from the servers once an order is completed and it is being stored only in our office files.

Correction/Updating personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes for example, such as a zip code or phone number, we provide a way to correct or update that user's personal data. This can be done by logging onto www.sandlerstudios.com, clicking log in, providing your user name and the password. This opens user's personal database. Canceling service can be done in this area or by emailing info@sandlerstudios.com or calling (818) 425-3119. A representative will contact the user to verify information and the request to cancel service.
Notification of Changes
If Sandler Studios decides to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose that information. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
